Balancing Training and Life



For many of us, life is a balancing act, and fitting all of our interests, obligations and responsibilities into a 24 hour period is a huge challenge. While work, family, sleep and household chores are all important, so is training! Join us on Wednesday, December 21st at 7pm EST for a discussion regarding how busy runners can balance training and life.
